Is your staff trained to catch someone who is falling right in front of them?  They probably know how to keep a safe environment and they probably know what to do after a person lands.  But what about in-between?  Safely and Ergonomically guiding someone to the ground is our mission.

Fall Prevention inc incorporates the concepts of the martial art Aikido into a safety intervention strategy designed to effectively respond to the physical dynamics of drop seizures.  The program is also designed for Hospitals and Senior Housing where clientele need assistance while walking. The ultimate objective of these interventions is to minimize or eliminate injuries to both the individual experiencing the fall or seizure and any staff member who may be assisting an individual who drops. "Harmonize with the energy.  Do not fight or resist it.  We do not attempt to hold up a subject, we guide them safely to the ground, preventing injury to person and staff.  This system is based on 700 year old Aiki principles."
